How to Add New Board Meetings Details and Edit Documents

Board Meetings and Documents are edited through the Dashboard by selecting Meetings & Events and through it’s related flyout menu to Add New meeting

  1. Edit existing Meetings by choosing Edit from list of meeting
  2. Choose area to edit within following tabs and note option fro Email Alert
    1. Calendar Details – Includes option for Meeting Date & Start Time, as well as cancellation checkbox, Location Information, Virtual Meeting Link and Contact Name and Contact Info.
    2. Summary – Event or meeting summary provided in the listing. If the event needs its own page then use the page builder above the tabs.
    3. Related Documents – Includes options to add the following by selection the appropriately related button within tab, including:
      1. Agenda Packet
      2. Agenda Packet Link
      3. Supplemental Downloads
      4. Meeting Presentation,
      5. Meeting Presentation Link
      6. Meetings Minutes.
      7. Ordinances (Select Add Row button)
      8. Audio Files (Select Add Row button)
