Add or Edit a Project Page, Including Details and Map Coordinates

On the left hand side of the Dashboard are existing Projects and Facilities and is where they can be added. Or can use “Add New” from that Flyout Menu.

  1. Select project to edit and make desired changes within Project Details tab:
    1. Google Map Address – Enter address here or add Latitude and Longitude. Add Banner Image using Add Image button. Also fields here to add Contact Name, Address, Telephone, Email or Fax.
    2. Overview Details – Choose whether a Project of Facility. Select Project Status (Future, Current or Completed). Also can add Overview Description and add Map Image using Add Image.
    3. Schedule Details – Add any details within the edit area.
    4. Community Outreach Details – Add any details within the edit area.
    5. Downloadable Documents Details – Within Document Group, add Document Group Header and individual or multiple documents, using Add Row button). Document options include File Type (PDF, External Site, YouTube Video, Word, or Excel types). Also a field for Link Label. Those file options include ability to add Internal File, using Media Library or External Link to another external source.
    6. Embed Form Tab – Add Constant Contact Embed Code here.
  2. Add Featured Image in the Setting Sidebar on right side of edit area.
